INGREDIENTS

-½ lbs. beef mince

-2 tablespoons parmesan cheese

-½ tsp salt

-½ tsp pepper

-¼ lbs. cheese

-1 tsp garlic powder 


DIRECTIONS

1.Cut the cheese into cubes

2.Mix all dry ingredients with the ground beef

3.Wrap the cubes of cheese in mince and pan fry the meatballs

4.Alternatively, you can bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 180C (355F)

5.Can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days.
